The hotel location is excellent, very close to the harbor. I booked in and checked out without problems. My room was clean and tidy and the breakfast was really good (especially the freshly cooked choices!).
The room was quite small and could benefit from some updating.

all staff was helpful with directions. the breakfast was fulfilling, it had pastries and fresh fruit. the hotel location allowed quick walks to restaurants. housekeeping was diligent with cleaning services daily.
my room had a slight noise from the nearby street.

the staff were very helpful. breakfast was delicious. there were lots of options available.
the rooms were small and basic. windows were hard to open. i had to ask for fly spray because we had several in the room. the ceiling fan wasn't working and was thick with dust.

the location couldn't be better , super close to where van gogh lived and just a hop to the seafront! the owner was super kind and always available.
i did notice the stairs were a bit tight getting to my room , so just something to keep in mind if you've got a lot of luggage!
